The former Brazilian vice president has filed a petition with the Supreme Federal Tribunal, to have the corruption investigation against him suspended, claiming that the clandestine recording was manipulated?

He now challenges the recorded conversation, that allegedly incriminated him in a corruption scandal. The 39-minute audio recording appears to prove Michel Temer endorsed the payment of bribes to ex-house speaker, Eduardo Cunha in exchange for his silence in the probe against Temer.

Cunha himself is serving a 15-year prison sentence for corruption and money laundering. He spearheaded the impeachment push against president Dilma Rousseff last her, which ousted her from her position, and paved the way for vice-president Temer to replace he and assume power.

According to experts it is highly unlikely for the court to drop the current investigation against president Temer, as it authorized the opening of the investigation in the first place, and ordered it to be made public.

Analysts believe Temer’s plea is also unlikely to have an impact on the growing movement demanding his resignation from office. On Friday, Brazil’s highest court released documents revealing why the country’s top-prosecutor was accusing Temer for corruption and obstruction of justice.

Attorney General, Rodrigo Janot accused Temer of trying to derail the 3-year-old “Car-Wash” investigation into a huge kick-back scheme, involving bribes for contracts @ the state-run oil company Petrobras.

If at least 2/3 of the members of the lower house vote in favor of the probe, the case will be send back to the top-court, which would than decide whether to put Temer on trial. conviction would permanently remove Temer from office, pretty much the same thing that happened to former Brazilian president Rousseff.

Calls for Temer’s resignation have also been reinforced by Globo, a popular newspaper in Brazil. Temer’s ruling coalition is falling apart, as political parties decided to separate, putting Temer’s political future in doubt.

Temer seems to be a Zionist puppet with Lebanese roots. Brazil has about 8 million former Lebanese refugees and their descendants living in the country. This is more than the current total population in Lebanon.

Jewish crime rings are known to operate in South America, supported by Dutch business networks, that control about 40% of the continents trade to Europe and the USA. The people on the streets are screaming to put all the politicians that steal tax-payers money in prison.
