The new potential buyer of the Curacao airliner DAE (Dutch Antillian Express) Nelson Ramiz menaces captians of the fleet to discharge from the company to keep matters mutually respected. A formal discharge has not been attended yet.
Pilots are surprised by the unlawfull act and demand answers which don’t get. Ramiz has to buy the shares before the end of february 2012, otherwise the value of the claim will expire. The former man in charge Leonora has failed to finish the previous agreement of sale but has already delivered the stocks to Korpodeko.
This breach of the total stock transaction agreement is not valid according to local insiders. So far Ramiz is getting paid for his position as president of DAE and looks to choose confusement as a tool to jeopardise the company credibility.
