During a study in the American fast food ketes like Subway, Wendy, Burger King, Arby’s and McDonalds the following results were announced;

Subway food choices are bad & better:

Salads – Bad = Sweet Union Terayaki Chicken (210 calories – 3 grams of fat),

Oven Roasted Chicken Breast = Better with Fat Free Italian Dressing (175 calories – 2.5 grams fat).

Sandwich – Bad = 6 inch Double Meatball Marinara with Cheese (860 calories – 42 grams fat),

Better = Jared Turkey Breast Sandwich 6 inches (280 calories, 4.5 grams fat).

MacDonalds bad & better food choices:

Salads – Bad = Premium Crispy Chicken with Southwest Salad (430 calories – 20 grams fat),

Premium Caesar Salad with = Better Grilled Chicken (220 calories – 6 grams fat).

Sandwich – Quarter Pounder Bad = Double with Cheese (740 calories – 42 grams fat).

Better = Cheeseburger (300 calories – 12 grams fat).

Red.iNews – Junk or fast food.
