NASA’s New Horizon Spacecraft flew more than 9 years and 3 billion miles to visit the Pluto system.

With this mission the New Horizon Spacecraft completed the first reconnaissance of all the classical planets in our solar system in 2015. Now the NHS craft is on its way to explore another even more distant world in 2019.

NASA’s Pluto-Kuiper Belt Mission is the next exploration in line. On the headline image we see the NH-spacecraft crossing paths with Neptune on its way to Pluto.
