Over the last 20 years the Pentagon has broken every promise to U.S. Congress about when the ongoing audit would finally be completed. We know its is extremely inconvenient to have to keep track of ‘how’ money is spent.

But, since 1996 about $10 trillion of tax payers money has been unaccounted for so far. In the meanwhile the American people are still writing blank checks to the Pentagon. Good news for the show rooms of Lockheed Martin and the other defense contractors in the USA.

Legislation demands that all government agencies have annual audits, but the Pentagon has exempted itself without consequence for 20 years now, telling the government that collecting and organizing the required information for a full audit is too costly and time-consuming?

In the meantime the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the Inspector General (IG) have published an endless stream of reports documenting financial mismanagement. At the moment the Pentagon bureaucracy and the Defense Department are unable to track $2.3 trillion in transactions.

The Pentagon proves to be a giant embezzling racket, making it even without an audit, a brazen crime ring.
