During one of the last UN appearances of the Obama administration, the new UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres reported that in his agenda the priority goes to preventing conflicts and sustaining peace, urging all other countries to support these goals.

The U.S. Ambassador to the UN, Samantha Power lashed out @ Russia on Tuesday for annexing Crimea and carry out airstrikes in Syria. The Russian Ambassador Vitaly Churkin accused the Obama administration of its failures in Iraq, Libya and Syria. It was the U.S. violation of sovereignty that led to dire situations in a number of regions around the world.

The U.S. invasion of Iraq gave rise to ISIS and violating Syria’s sovereignty, by supporting the opposition led to the expansion of terrorists. The raid on Libya resulted in total chaos in the North African oil-rich country after assassinating its most respected Arab leader Colonel Ghadaffi.

The exodus and migrant refugee flows into Europe is a direct result of the hostile policies of Washington. The conflict in South Sudan has much to do with US attempts to use a puppet dictator to sign binding lucrative oil contracts, while the crisis in Ukraine wouldn’t have happened if the United States not tried to dictate Kiev to sign evil agreements that led to 10.000 deaths in the east European country.

The Russian Ambassador said Obama’s departing administration is desperately looking for those whom they could blame for their failures and its unfortunate the United Nations Security Council is being used for these doomed attempts.
