According to research a good night sleep can be done in fases. Every 60-100 minutes we go through four stages of sleep. The first is drowsy, second sligthly deeper, third and fourth are deep sleep. In a full cycle you go through all stages. then back down through stages three and two, before entering dream sleep -also called REM (Rapid Eye Movement). Catnabs seem to also keep people healthy.
